The Railroad Club meets every Monday night from 6:30 - 8 pm. 1st and 3rd Monday nights are Work and Run Night. 2nd Monday night of every month is Meeting Night from 7-8 pm and is for members only. 4th Monday night we have a club member do a seminar on an item or something related to trains. The train layouts run on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 10 am - 1 pm. The Club is open to the public and we have an N Scale, HO Scale, and O Scale running. The Club has 35 members from the ages of 16-85 years old. Men and women are both welcome to join. Dues are $30 per year for single and famlies are $45 per year. The Railroad Club takes a display to the Southern Iowa Fair in July and runs the trains for the public. The train room is also willing to do birthday parties and other special occasions. November is National Train Month and we have an Open House and Swap Meet on the third Saturday of the month from 9 am -3 pm at the club room which is in Penn Central Mall.
